*Virgin Australia Lounge

Guests travelling on a Supercars Travel Package booking which includes Virgin Australia flights and an Virgin Australia Supercars Championship race ticket will be entitled to one single entry Virgin Australia Lounge pass per Guest travelling on an Supercars Travel package booking, for each leg of their journey. Each single entry lounge pass may be used one time only, for a maximum of 2 hours before flight departure time at domestic lounges in Australia only. Lounge passes will be allocated to each guest in the booking where their Velocity Membership Number is provided. Where a Velocity Membership Number cannot be provided, Lounge passes will be allocated to the Velocity Membership Number of the lead guests in the booking. Velocity Membership Numbers will be collected at the time of booking or can be provided to Supercars Travel at least 7 days prior to travel. Guests who are not members of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program must enrol through the booking process or enrol separately to be eligible for Lounge access. All guests must arrive at the lounge together to be permitted entry. Rain checks will not be made and the benefit forfeited on that leg of travel where a Lounge does not exist. Guests travelling on connecting flights to reach their destination are not eligible for Lounge access at the connecting point. Only the departure airport on the day of departure and the airport at the start of your return journey are eligible. The Virgin Australia Lounge pass does not allow access to international lounges. Guests travelling to or from cities as part of their Supercars Travel booking where a Virgin Australia Lounge does not exist will not be eligible for Lounge access. Guests must obey Lounge rules and regulations and entry is subject to space availability. For more information visit

^Supercars Travel Package – Pit Lane Walk

Each guest in the Supercars Travel booking will be eligible for a Pit Lane Walk experience which allows guests to have a unique experience with Supercars racing in the Pit Lane. Pit Lane Walk experiences are provided at the following events, Tasmania, Phillip Island, Townsville, Ipswich, Sandown, Bathurst, Gold Coast, Auckland and Newcastle.  Pit Lane Experiences are subject to change without notice due to weather and other operation requirements. Guest must present their Supercars Travel itinerary to the information tent at each race to experience the Pit Lane Walk. Limit one entry per guest of Supercars Travel booking. Identification is required. Pit Lane Walk experience can be enjoyed between 1-3 hours before the start of the race. Guest must select the Pit Lane Walk Experience in the booking process of making your Supercars Travel booking or contact the Guest Contact Centre prior to departure to add the experience to your booking and itinerary.
